As part of our ongoing commitment to providing our members with enhanced services and greater convenience, we are pleased to tell you our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are now ACTIVE!

Whether you're at our main office, in Marion or at Baptist-Anderson Regional Medical Center, our ITMs are designed to make your banking experience seamless and efficient.

​

Using the ITMS, you can conduct various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfer of funds and account inquiries, all on your own or with the personal touch of a live teller via the video screen.

​

The active teller is accessible during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, ensuring that you receive prompt and personalized service. After hours, you can use them just like an ATM, plus access other services with your MUNA debit/ATM card.

​

As we continue to upgrade our services, one teller window will remain open in our main branch for bank-issued checks, shared branching services, business transactions and large transactions exceeding $5,000. Our dedicated concierge team is also available in the lobby, ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

We are confident the activation of ITMs will significantly improve your overall banking experience, offering you greater convenience and efficiency.
