We are excited to share important news about the future of your credit union. As you know, we have merged with Singing River Federal Credit Union (SRFCU). Since you approved the merger in December, we’ve been listening, and we hope you have already noticed some positive changes such as lower fees and the reopening of the drive thru. More benefits are coming as we complete the merger process, allowing us to offer an even higher level of service to you — our valued member.

The final step in the merger process will be combining the SRFCU and MUNA computer systems. This will take place October 10 - 13 (Friday thru Monday) and will allow MUNA to open on Tuesday, October 14, as an official division of SRFCU. This partnership will enable us to better serve your banking needs, while enhancing the services you currently use.

We are working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition. There will be changes for you, so please watch for those details to be shared closer to the transition date. You should expect a brief disruption of services that weekend, but please know we are here to guide and serve you through this process.

For the weekend of October 10, additional staff will be available to meet your needs and answer questions. More details will be provided at munafederal.com, by text message, email and in our lobby in the coming weeks.
